WELDING

The sheet metal products are welded by a TIG welding system, providing a high quality welding for a durable and heavy duty products.
MIG and Arch welding systems are also in use for a particular products with higher steel thickness.

PAINTING

Epoxy – polyester powder coat is the painting system in use for all of the production.

RAW MATERIAL

The pre-galvanized steel sheet – cold formed (Electro Galvanized and GI steel) is the base raw material for most of the steel products, this material provides the customer with a rust proof products which is a very essential for the GCC market.
